微泵流速测量中的数据可视化处理技术

摘    要:针对不同条件下气动微泵流速测量,提出微泵流速数据的二维及三维可视化处理方法。采用Excel软件对测量数据进行预处理;用Origin软件对测量数据进行二维显示、曲线拟合及数学模型提取;用LabVIEW编程软件进行简单的编程,实现数据的三维图形显示。实验数据经二维及三维图形可视化处理后,可以直观地显示致动频率及气体通道宽度对微泵流速的影响。

Abstract:In order to study the impact of actuating frequency and channel width on the flow rate of pneumatic micro-pump,2-dimensional and 3-dimensional visualization methods are proposed for displaying flow rate data.The measurement data are pre-processed using Excel software.The 2-dimesional display,curve fitting and mathematical model extraction are realized by using Origin software,and the 3-dimensional display is realized by LabVIEW through simple programming.The results show that the 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional visualization of experimental data can directly and explicitly exhibit the impact of actuating frequency and gas channel width on the micro-pump flow rate.
