摘    要:针对舰用柴油机现场维修过程中普遍存在的效率低的问题,研发了基于移动平台的某舰用柴油机维修助理。对该系统如何实现智能故障分析和自设诊断方案两项关键技术进行了详细介绍。以“冷却水温度过高”故障现象的诊断处理为例,验证了该维修助理具有高效、智能、便携等特点。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency in field maintenance warship diesel engines, a Maintenance Assistant for warship diesel engines based on mobile platform was developed. The key tech-nologies of intelligent fault analyzing and working-out diagnosis scheme was studied. Taking the fault of ultra-high temperature of cooling water as example, it is verified that this Maintenance Assistant features high efficiency, and is intelligent and portable.
