复方氯化钠注射液不良反应分析

目的探讨复方氯化钠注射液不良反应发生的特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法。从2011～2012年广东省药品不良反应监测中心数据库中筛选关于复方氯化钠注射液不良反应的所有报告，进行统计分析。结果131例不良反应中78例是单独使用复方氯化钠注射液引起不良反应，31例仅作为溶媒引起的不良反应应。17例是联合用药（非同瓶用药）引起的不良反应，5例既作为溶媒也联合用药引起的不良反应；不良反应涉及到全身、循环、呼吸、皮肤及附件等多器官多系统；不良反应发生时间多发生在用药后30min左右。结论临床应重视复方氯化钠注射液引起的不良反应，严格遵守其适应症和配伍禁忌，了解患者既往过敏史及合用药的品种等；应防止滴速过快，同时在用药过程中应加强监护。

Analysis of Adverse Reations Caused by Compound Sodium Chloride Injection

Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by compound sodium chloride injection, so as to provide reference for rational clinical medication. Methods The retrospective method was used. All reports about adverse reaction of compound sodium chloride injection from Guangdong Province of adverse drug reaction monitoring center database 2011-2012 years were screened, and statistically analyzed. Results In 131 cases of adverse reactions, 78 cases were caused by compound sodium chloride injection only, 31 cases were caused as compound sodium chloride injection was used as solvent, 17 cases were caused by combined drugs administration （not within one bottle of medication）, and 5 cases were caused by both as solvent and combined medication. Adverse reactions involve the whole body, circulation, respiration, skin and its appendages, and other multi system organs. Most of the adverse reactions occurred about 30 minutes after the medication. Conclusion The adverse reactions that caused by compound sodium chloride injection in clinical should be paid more attention to. Its application should be strictly addicted to its indications and contraindications; and the allergy history of the patients and the combination drug varieties should be fully understand; its dripping speed should not be too fast, and the monitor in the process of its application should be strengthened.
