摘    要:目的 NO2-是NO在体内的代谢产物之一,直接测定NO2-含量更能反映血清中NO含量的真实情况.本实验则建立一种直接测定人血清中NO2-含量的方法——阶导数示波极谱法.方法 采用对氨基苯磺酸和8-羟基喹啉为测定体系,使用二阶导数示波极谱测定血清中的NO2-含量.结果 该方法的检出限为9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1,线性范围为0.05~66.7 μg·ml^-1,精密度为4.91%,平均回收率为102.6%.结论 二阶导数示波极谱法测定人血清中NO2-含量是一种灵敏、准确、重复性好、试剂安全的方法.

Abstract:Objective : To establish a direct method of determining nitrite content in human serum by second derivative oscillopolarography. Methods:The nitrite content in human serum was determined by second derivative oscillopolarography in the system of sulfanilic acid and 8 -hydroxyquinoline. Results:The sensitivity of the assay was 9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1, the linear range was from 9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1,to 0.05~66.7 μg·m^l-1,the precision was 4.91% , and the average recovery rate was 102.6% o Conclusion:The determining of nitrite content in human serum by using second derivative oscillopolarography is a sensitive and exact and repeatable method, and the reagents used are safe.
