二阶导数示波极谱检测人血清中NO2-含量方法的建立

目的 NO2-是NO在体内的代谢产物之一,直接测定NO2-含量更能反映血清中NO含量的真实情况.本实验则建立一种直接测定人血清中NO2-含量的方法——阶导数示波极谱法.方法 采用对氨基苯磺酸和8-羟基喹啉为测定体系,使用二阶导数示波极谱测定血清中的NO2-含量.结果 该方法的检出限为9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1,线性范围为0.05～66.7 μg·ml^-1,精密度为4.91％,平均回收率为102.6％.结论 二阶导数示波极谱法测定人血清中NO2-含量是一种灵敏、准确、重复性好、试剂安全的方法.

Establishing of the method to measure the contents of NO2 in human serum by second derivative oscillopolarography

Objective ： To establish a direct method of determining nitrite content in human serum by second derivative oscillopolarography. Methods：The nitrite content in human serum was determined by second derivative oscillopolarography in the system of sulfanilic acid and 8 -hydroxyquinoline. Results：The sensitivity of the assay was 9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1, the linear range was from 9.6×10^-3 μg·ml^-1,to 0.05～66.7 μg·m^l-1,the precision was 4.91% , and the average recovery rate was 102.6% o Conclusion：The determining of nitrite content in human serum by using second derivative oscillopolarography is a sensitive and exact and repeatable method, and the reagents used are safe.
