| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于纹理过滤和中值滤波的牌照定位方法，根据牌照字符纹理图案提出纹理过滤，利用行跳变扫描边缘，进行粗定位，然后采用中值滤波方法进行进一步精确定位。该方法简单，对牌照底色没有要求。经大量试验检测，定位准确率达到98．9％。

| Abstract: | A simple method is proposed which based on texture filter and median filter. First, the proposed method employs a method named texture filter to delete the regions that are impossible to be the license plate location. After that, it is easily to get the long rectangle region the plate in. Second, after median filter method is applied on the long rectangle region, a window rectangle which borders ratio is 3.9 that is moved in the former long rectangle. All of the value of pals in the window are added. The maximum sum is exist. Then the left and right borders of window are got. The correct ratio of location is 98.8% based on all the test pictures. |
