摘    要:海水腐蚀引起管道设备失效已成为核电站海水系统的主要问题,管道腐蚀状态的判定及腐蚀速率的实时监测数据为核电站海水系统管道的安全、有效运营提供重要评判依据。本文介绍了一种基于电化学方法的核电站管道多功能腐蚀传感器,主要包括管道的腐蚀状态、腐蚀速率及管道保护度的腐蚀监检测装置、原理和实施方法。

Abstract:Pipeline failure caused by corrosion in seawater has become the major problem in seawater system of nuclear power plants. Monitoring corrosion state and rate of pipeline can provide important and effective basis for safety assessment of pipeline in nuclear power plants. In this work, a multifunctional electrochemical corrosion sensor of pipeline was reviewed, including the monitoring principle, device and implementation of the corrosion state, corrosion rate and protection extent of pipeline.
