土地资本化对经济增长的贡献研究

利用1996～2008年统计数据建立超越对数生产函数模型,对土地资本化与经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析。研究发现,土地要素对经济增长贡献显著,贡献度平均值为24.085%;土地资本化与经济增长存在长期均衡,但短期调整力度不大;土地资本化在经济增长中的作用存在时滞性,并会不断弱化。笔者认为要从提高土地利用效率、规范市场机制来强化土地要素的资源和资本功能。

Study on the Contribution of Land Capitalization on Economic Growth

The transcending logarithm production function model was established.The relationship between land capitalization and economic growth during 1996-2008 was analyzed by using statistical data.The study showed that land factors have significant contribution to economic growth,the average degree is 24.085%;there is a long-term equilibrium between land capitalization and economic growth,the role of land capitalization has a feature of time lag and tend to weaker gradually.Resource and capital function of land elements should be strengthened through improving land use efficiency and regulating market mechanism.
