信息化在PCB设备管理中的实践与探索

有效地管理和利用好设备已成为企业提高经济效益、提升竞争能力、促进企业发展的重要内容。而以计算机和Internet网络技术辅助设备管理已经被企业普遍采用,并取得了较好的效果。本文初步探讨了如何实现PCB设备管理信息化,利用设备信息化平台和设备管理方法,改善和提升设备效率。实践中,我们成功的开发和实施了设备信息化管理系统,在我司的钻孔工序投入使用,效果显著,有效提高了企业设备信息化的管理水平。最后,论文对基于网络和实时状态的设备综合管理理论及实现方法进行了总结,并对PCB设备管理信息化的发展进行了展望。

Practice and research of the information in the PCB equipment management

Effective management and using of the equipment has become important for enterprises improve economic efficiency and enhance competitiveness and promote development.The equipment management with the technology of computer and Internet has been widely used for enterprise,and achieved good results.This thesis preliminarily discusses how to realize the information management of PCB equipment,improve and enhance equipment efficiency with the equipment information platform and the equipment management methods.In practice,we have successfully developed and implemented the equipment information management systems,and used in the drilling process in our company,in fact,the effect is significant,and it effectively improve the level of enterprise equipment information management.Finally,it summarize the theory and methods of equipment comprehensive management base on network and real-time status,and look ahead the development of PCB equipment information management.
