多效蛋白在肺癌中的表达及其转移与预后的关系

目的探讨多效蛋白（PTN）在肺癌中的表达及其与转移和预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）,严格按照试剂盒说明书操作,检测63例肺癌患者中PTN的表达。结果在肺腺癌和肺鳞癌中的PTN阳性表达率均为100%;在不同病理类型、不同细胞分化程度、不同临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移中PTN表达情况的差异有显著性（P均〈0.05）;在Ⅰ～Ⅱ期肺癌的PTN平均值低于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期（P〈0.05）。结论 PTN表达的水平与肺癌的浸润转移关系密切,对判断肺癌患者预后有参考价值。

Pleiotrophin expression at lung cancer and the relationship of its metastasis and prognosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the pleiotrophin（PTN） expression and the lung cancer,and its metastasis and prognosis.Methods 63 patients with lung cancer were operated to detect the expression of PTN in strict accordance with the instructions kit of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The PTN expression rates in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were 100%;The PTN expression rates in different pathological types of lung cancer,different cell differentiation,different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis were significantly different（P0.05）.The PTN mean expression in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱwere lower than that of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ（Pall0.05）.Conclusion The level of PTN expression in invasion and metastasis of lung cancer is closely related to its judging and the prognosis.
