| 摘 要： | 农业是易遭受灾害的产业，农业保险作为为农业提高保障的工具亟待大力发展。我国农业保险深度和密度都远远不够，原有的体制正在瓦解，迫切需要建立新的农险体系。本文分析了农险的特点和难点，并参考国内外开展农业保险的经验教训，分析了建立合作制农业保险的可行性，并试图构建一种农业保险合作模式的框架。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is vulnerable to risks.As a means to protect it, agricultural insurance is required to be developed. in China, the density and penetration of agricultural insurance is still very low and the present structure of agriculture is being destructed, a new system needs urgently to be established. This essay analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of agricultural insurance. With referring to the practices and tests both home and abroad, this essay analyzes the feasibility of establishing a cooperative insurance system, and it also tries to bring forward its brief structure. |
