摘    要:样品用硝酸(1+1)溶解,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定Cu、Zn、Ni 3种元素含量.选择最佳元素的分析谱线以消除光谱干扰.该法加标回收率为96.11%~100.27%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.03%~1.88%.测定方法测量快速、准确度和灵敏度高,适用于日常生产检测.

Abstract:The sample was dissolved with solution of HNO3(1+1),contents of copper,zinc and nickel in silver solder were determined by ICP-AES.The spectral interfence was eliminated by selecting suitable analytical spectral line.The recovery was obtained in the range of 96.11%~100.27%,RSD was in the range of 0.03%~1.88%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid with no interference.It has been applied to determinate standard silver solder samples
