基于ANSYS对微型直流电磁继电器电磁系统的分析

摘    要:基于有限元的分析方法,对某型号直流电磁继电器的电磁系统进行研究。首先,给出继电器的机械反力特性曲线并绘制出电磁系统的3D模型。然后,利用ANSYS软件对该继电器的电磁系统进行静态吸力特性仿真分析,得到静态电磁吸力及磁场分布情况,绘制出继电器的吸力特性曲线。最后,验证继电器电磁系统的设计是否合理,为继电器的优化设计提供有效的分析手段。

Abstract:Based on the analysis method of finite element,electromagnetic system of the DC electromagnetic relay was research.The mechanical relay reaction curve of relay would be drafted and completed the 3D model of the system of electromagnetic.The static characteristic was analyzed by using the ANSYS software to obtain the distribution of static electromagnetic attraction and the magnetic field,the relay’s attractive torque characteristic curve was drawed.Finally,the design reasonable of electromagnetic relay system was validated,then effective means for the relay optimization was supplied.
