| 摘 要： | 目的了解"抑郁发作"患者首次住院应用抗抑郁药及合并用药情况,以便对临床合理用药提供参考.方法采用CCMD-3,对1997年1月～2002年6月份,在我院首次住院,诊断为"抑郁发作"的患者,男女各50例,对患者临床应用的抗抑郁药和合并用药的分布、频度及副反应进行分析.结果首次住院的"抑郁发作"患者在使用抗抑郁药物治疗中,其药物的品种、使用频度均在逐年变化,第一代抗抑郁药物使用频度逐年下降,而第二代抗抑郁药物则逐年上升;第一代抗抑郁药副反应大于第二代抗抑郁药,两代抗抑郁药联合应用,疗效并不增加,而副反应明显大于单一用药;苯二氮(艹卓)类药物较普遍,占88.00%以上.结论"抑郁发作"首次住院患者的抗抑郁药临床应用基本合理,疗效确切.第二代抗郁药越来越多的被临床医生和患者接受,其用药比例逐年增加.苯二氮(艹卓)类药物在抗抑郁治疗中有滥用之势,其副反应应引起临床医生的高度重视.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To analyse the antidepressants and combined drug therapy for the first hospitalization of patients with depressive episode. Method: The drug therapy of 50 male patients and female patients from 1997.1 to 2002.6 who met the criteria of CCMD 3 for depressive seisode were analysed. Results: The second generation of antidepressants were used more common compared to the first one. Benzodiazepine was widely used. Conclusion: The clinical use of antidepressants was rational and that of the second generation of antidepressant increased yearly. |
