小波包在异步电机转子断条故障检测中的应用

摘    要:在异步电机转子断条故障检测中,将原信号最优小波包分解,经自适应滤波后再信号重构.先计算出每个子频带代价,选择相应频率空间构成最优小波包.再定义最优小波包选择的代价函数,并保留自相关函数和最大频率空间.对得到的频率空间上原信号分量进行自适应滤波,最后将滤波后原信号所保留的频率空间经同样的小波包重构,由此完成对频率分量的剔除.

Abstract:During detection of asynchronous motor rotor-bar broken fault, the signal of current was reconstruct after decomposed by best wavelet packet and adaptive filtered. Firstly, the cost of every frequency channel was defined and the conformation of best wavelet was build by choice special frequency channel. Secondly, the frequency channel which had the biggest cost was reserved. At last, the current was reconstructed by the same Wavelet packet, and the natural current was eliminated.
