煤矿主通风机在线监控系统设计与应用研究

矿井主通风机在保障煤矿安全方面发挥着重要作用，保证其运行稳定性和可靠性是煤矿企业重点关心的问题。对主通风机的主要结构及常见故障问题进行了简要分析，设计了主通风机在线监控系统，分为下位机、上位机以及附属装置3大部分。上位机主要由PC机和监控大屏构成，下位机以PLC控制器为核心，通过各类传感器对设备及环境参数进行实时监测。对监控系统的主要硬件装置及软件控制程序进行了研究分析。根据设计方案，将在线监控系统部署到煤矿主通风机工程实践中，经3个月现场测试，发现系统能够稳定运行，可以对主通风机的运行状态进行实时准确监控，使得设备故障率降低了20%以上，安全效益和经济效益显著。

Design and application research on on-line monitoring system of coal mine main ventilator

Mine main ventilator plays an important role in ensuring coal mine safety，and ensuring its operation stability and reliability is a key concern of coal mining enterprises.The main structure and common fault problems of the main fan are briefly analyzed，and the online monitoring system of the main fan is designed，which is divided into three parts:the lower computer，the upper computer and the auxiliary devices.The upper computer is mainly composed of a PC and a large monitoring screen，and the lower computer is took the PLC controller as the core，and conducts real-time detection of equipment and environmental parameters through various sensors.The main hardware devices and software control programs of the monitoring system are studied and analyzed.According to the design plan，the online monitoring system is deployed in the engineering practice of the main fan of the coal mine.After three months of field testing，it is found that the system can operate stably，and can accurately monitor the operating status of the main fan in real time，making the equipment failure rate it has been reduced by more than 20%，and the safety and economic benefits are significant.
