基于大数据的市级医院大型医用设备评价指标构建及应用

目的 探索构建市级医院大型医用设备评价指标体系，并借助信息化手段，实现大型医疗设备管理的智能分析与评价，为医院精细化管理、科学决策管理提供数据支持。方法 设定模拟应用场景，在文献分析法和实证研究法的基础上，构建相应场景的评价体系。再应用层次分析法，对评价指标进行归一化处理，建立动态模型。结果 大型医用设备使用评价指标体系可量化反映大型医用设备使用的效率、效益，并借助动态数据模型，实现投入配置、服务效能、就医体验等多方位的智能分析和评价，为管理决策提供支持。结论 大型医用设备评价指标体系可满足医院管理需求，其应用可结合管理场景进行横向和纵向的衍生，实现了对大型医用设备精细化管理，提升医院智慧化管理水平。

Construction and Application of Evaluation Indicators for Large-Scale Medical Equipment in Municipal Hospitals Based on Big Data

ObjectiveTo explore the construction of evaluation index system for large-scale medical equipment in municipal hospitals, and to achieve intelligent analysis and evaluation of large-scale medical equipment management by means of informatization, so as to provide data support for fine management and scientific decision-making management of hospitals.MethodsSet up simulated application scenarios, based on literature analysis and empirical research,and design the evaluation system of corresponding scenarios. Then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to normalize the evaluation indicators and establish a dynamic model.ResultsThe use evaluation index system of large-scale medical equipment can quantitatively reflect the use efficiency and benefit of large-scale medical equipment. With the help of dynamic data model, it can realize intelligent analysis and evaluation of investment configuration, service efficiency, medical experience and other aspects, and provide advice for corresponding management decisions.Conclusion The evaluation index system for large-scale medical equipment can meet the needs of management of public hospitals. Its application can be derived from horizontal and vertical applications in combination with management scenarios, realizing the refined management of large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals, and improving the intelligent management level of the hospital.
