基于Delphi法和层次分析法构建眼科日间手术医疗质量评价指标体系

目的建立眼科日间手术医疗质量评价指标体系。方法通过文献分析建立眼科日间手术医疗质量评价指标池，采用Delphi法完成两轮专家咨询确定指标，应用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果共进行两轮专家咨询，每轮问卷回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.79和0.80，专家协调系数分别为0.457和0.522(P均<0.001)。构建的眼科日间手术医疗质量评价指标体系包括4个一级指标，10个二级指标，27个三级指标。一级指标中“手术安全”权重最高，三级指标中“三四级手术比例”和“无菌手术感染率”权重较高。结论所构建指标体系具有一定科学性，需在实证研究中不断完善。

The Medical Quality Evaluation Index System of Ophthalmic Ambulatory Surgery Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process

ObjectiveTo establish a medical quality evaluation index system suitable for ophthalmic ambulatory surgery.MethodsThe evaluation index pool of medical quality of ophthalmology ambulatory surgery was established by literature analysis, the indexes were determined by Delphi method after two rounds of expert consultation, and the weight of indexes was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted, and the questionnaire collection rate of each round was 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.79and 0.80, and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.457 and 0.522, respectively (P<0.001). Finally, the medical quality evaluation index system of ophthalmic ambulatory surgery was constructed, including 4 first-level indexes, 10 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes. In the first-level indexes, "safety index" had the highest weight, and in the third-level indexes, "proportion of third-level and fourth-level surgeries" and "infection rate of aseptic surgery" had the highest weight.Conclusion The index system was scientific and needed to be improved in the empirical study.
