摘    要:选用掺杂对甲基苯磺酸聚吡咯膜附载纳米铜制得了葡萄糖传感器。在硫酸铜-硫酸-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)溶液中于-0.1 V,时间600 s,电沉积一层纳米铜于聚吡咯膜上。根据纳米铜对葡萄糖存在的电催化活性和聚吡咯传递电子作用,使电极产生电流响应。由电极的循环伏安图(CV)对比,说明纳米铜对葡萄糖的测定有很好的增敏效果。该传感器对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为5.0×10-5~4.0×10-3mol.L-1,校正曲线的斜率为0.9952,检出限为1.0×10-5mol.L-1。

Abstract:A enzymeless glucose sensor was fabricated based on polypyrrole doped with p-toluenesulfonate to supported nano-copper particles.The nano-copper particles were obtained to put the Ppy electrode into the copper sulfate solution with sulfuric acid and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) for 600 s at-0.1 V.According to nano-copper on the electrical activity of glucose and the transmission of electronic effects of polypyrrole,the response current generated sharply.The linear response range of this glucose sensor was 5×10-5~4×10-3 mol·L-1 with the linear equation of I(10-8A)=434.60065×C(mmol·L-1)-6.5776.
