| 摘 要： | 作为科学发展观的一部分,生态和环保一直是中国高层十分关注的问题.风景园林行业作为中国国民经济和社会可持续发展的重要部门,完成国家环保、节能、降耗的强制性目标,是义不容辞的政治责任.结合风景园林行业的特点,建设部门的实际,国家及全球的发展目标,从建设节能环保型风景园林的意义、策略与方向3个方面来研究、探讨、提出对策及措施.
