加氢装置不锈钢设备失效分析及防范措施

摘    要:主要对加氢装置不锈钢设备反应器裂纹及高压换热器管束腐蚀穿孔原因进行了初步分析,得出反应器出现裂纹的原因是由氢脆引起,换热器管束腐蚀泄漏主要是由HCl-H2S-NH3等腐蚀性介质引起的垢下腐蚀和磨损腐蚀造成的,针对失效原因提出有效的防范措施。

Abstract:Cracks of stainless steel reactor and corrosion perforation of high pressure heat exchanger tubes in hydrogenation unit were preliminary analyzed.Accoding to the analysis,cracks of reactor were caused by hydrogen embrittlement.And corrosion leakage of heat exchanger tubes was mainly caused by under-deposit corrosion and erosion corrosion induced by corrosive medium such as HCl-H2S-NH3.Effective preventive measures were put forward according to invalidation analysis.
