不同护理干预对预防产后尿潴留的效果评价

目的观察不同护理干预对预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法将经阴道分娩的250例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组120例，观察组130例。对照组执行产后常规护理，观察组从产后30min开始，早期定时按摩下腹部膀胱区并结合0．25％碘伏温溶液冲洗会阴，观察两组产妇产后自解小便的时间及尿潴留发生情况。结果观察组较对照组产后自解小便时间早，尿潴留的发生率比对照组低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．005）。结论产后早期定时下腹按摩结合会阴冲洗可促进产妇及早自解小便，对预防产后尿潴留的发生有较好的效果。

Different nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum evaluation of the effect of urinary retention

Objective To observe the different nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum urinary retention results. Methods Vaginal childbirth 250 cases were randomly divided into primipara observer group and the control group and the control group of 120 cases, 130 cases of Observer Group.
