分析导致脂肪肝的相关因素

目的 探讨脂肪肝与体重指数（BMI）、血脂、血糖、性别、饮酒的相关性。方法2005年门诊健康人群3693例,观察不同体重指数、血脂、血糖、性别和饮酒情况组的脂肪肝检出率的差异。结果 脂肪肝检出率随着体重指数、血脂、血糖水平的增高而增加,女性脂肪肝检出率小于男性,组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。脂肪肝的检出率与血脂成分有关,高甘油三酯血症组脂肪肝的检出率较高胆固醇血症组增加,其组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。结论 脂肪肝的发生与体重指数、血脂、血糖水平呈正相关,脂肪肝的形成与甘油三酯关系密切。

Related factors in causes of fatty liver

Objective To investigate the relationship of fatty liver to body mass index(BMI),blood lipids,blood sugar,gender and alcohol drinking.Methods The differences of fatty liver among different groups of BMI,blood lipids level,blood sugar level,gender and alcohol drinking were observed in 3693 people undergoing health examination in the P.L.A Navy Hangzhou Sanatorium in 2005.Results With BMI,blood lipids level and blood sugar level increasing,the incidence of fatty liver increased.The incidence of fatty liver was more frequent in men than women.The differences among these groups were significant in statistics(P<0.005).The incidence of fatty liver was correlated with property of blood lipids.The incidence of fatty liver in the group of high triglyceride was significantly higher than the group of high cholesterol(P<0.005).Conclusion With BMI,blood lipids level and blood sugar level increasing,the incidence of fatty liver increases remarkably.There is significant correlation between fatty liver and triglyceride.
