摘    要:为了研究FCC金属的织构对材料力学性能的影响,利用织构分析结果和Schmid定律,提出了FCC金属材料轧制时等效滑移系数和Schmid因子的计算方法.利用该方法分别计算了立方织构、黄铜织构和铜织构材料轧制时在法向、轧向和横向的等效滑移系数和Schmid因子的理论值.结果表明,立方织构材料轧制时在法向、轧向和横向的等效滑移系数和Schmid因子都相同,分别是8和0.41;黄铜织构材料轧制时在法向、轧向和横向的等效滑移系数和Schmid因子分别是4和0.41、2和0.27、2和0.82;铜织构材料轧制时在法向、轧向和横向的等效滑移系数和Schmid因子分别是2和0.27、2和0.82、4和0.41.并对FCC金属的变形机理与力学性能的各向异性进行了深入的讨论.

Abstract:In order to study the influences of texture of FCC metals on their mechanical properties,a calculation method of the Schmid factors and equivalent sliding systems on FCC metals subjected to rolling deformation is proposed using results of texture test and the Schmid law.The theory values of equivalent sliding system number(ESSN) and Schmid factors(SF) of cube texture,brass texture and copper texture materials rolled at normal direction(ND),rolling direction(RD) and transverse direction are calculated respectively with the above method.The results show that ESSN and SF of cube texture materials rolled at ND,RD and TD are all the same,8 for ESSN and 0.41 for SF,that ESSN and SF of brass texture materials rolled at ND,RD and TD are 4 and 0.41,2 and 0.27,2 and 0.82 respectively,and that ESSN and SF of copper texture materials rolled at ND,RD and TD are 2 and 0.27,2 and 0.82,4 and 0.41 respectively.The relationship between mechanical properties of the materials and their deformation mechanism is profoundly discussed.
