摘    要:还原气通气量的选取是DRI生产过程中的一个重要工艺参数,通气量的选取合适与否直接影响着工艺合理性和生产的经济性。本文从还原可逆反应和热平衡角度对气基直接还原竖炉内还原反应还原气的需求量进行了分析。并通过数值模拟研究分析发现,随着还原气量增加,气基竖炉内速度整体变大,速度增大的程度随竖炉高度的增加而增加。

Abstract:The ventilatory capacity of reducing gas is a key parameter in the DRI production process. The choosing of ventilatory capacity impacts directly on the process rationality and the production economy. The demand of the reducing gas in the gas-based direct reducing shaft furnace is analyzed in the perspective of reduction reaction and thermal equilibrium. By the analysis of numerical simulation, it is found that the velocity in the gas-based shaft furnace with the increase of ventilatory capacity of reducing gas, and the degree of speed increase depends to the height of the shaft furnace.
