| 摘 要： | 目的观察前列腺素E1联合痰热清注射液治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效。方法将156例急性黄疸型肝炎患者分为2组，治疗组84例在常规治疗的基础上应用前列腺素E1和痰热清注射液，对照组72例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予茵栀黄注射液。疗程为1个月。结果治疗结束时治疗组临床症状、肝功能指标等明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论前列腺素E1联合痰热清注射液能有效治疗急性黄疸型肝炎，安全性好。
