氢在加氢反应器筒体钢中的扩散规律

摘    要:采用电化学渗氢的方法研究了加氢反应器简体钢2.25Cr1Mo中氢的扩散规律。试样的厚度低于3.5mm时随着厚度的增加,扩散系数D值增大;当厚度大于3.5mm后,D值稳定不变。实验测得温度与扩散系数的关系,可用于高温高压下运行的加氢反应器壁氢渗透测量中原子氢浓度分布的计算。

Abstract:The law of diffusion of hydrogern in 2. 25CrlMo cylindrical body of hydroprocessing reactors was studied using electrochemical hydrogen permeation techniques. When the thickness of sample piece was less than 3. 5mm, the diffusion coefficient D increaseed with the incerase of the thickness. When it was beyond 3- 5mm,the D Value remained constant. The relationship between the actual temperature measured in the demonstration tests and diffusion coefficient could be used in calculating the distribution of hydrogen atoms concentration in the measurement of hydrogen permeation in the walls of hydroprocessing reactors operating in high temperatrure and pressure.
