摘    要:矿产资源综合区划对于引导矿产资源开发空间科学布局、控制开发强度等具有重要意义。本文首先界定了矿产资源综合区划的内涵、目标,在分析矿产资源开发影响要素的基础上,构建了矿产资源开发综合质量指数评价指标体系和基于引力模型法的综合区划模型,并开展了全国矿产资源综合区划实证研究。以省级行政区为基本评价和区划单元,重点考虑区域间的矿业经济关联与影响,将全国划分为7个矿产资源综合发展区,对各个综合发展区的资源特征和发展环境进行系统总结,并提出了针对各区的资源型产业发展导向,以期为我国矿产资源规划分区和区域差别化管治提供决策支撑。

Abstract:The comprehensive regionalization of mineral resources plays an important role in guiding the spatial distribution and intensity of mineral resources development. Firstly, we define the connotation and objective of the comprehensive regionalization. By analyzing the influencing factors of mineral resources development, we construct the comprehensive index system and zoning model based on gravity model, and carry out an empirical study on the comprehensive regionalization of mineral resources in China. Taking the provincial administrative area as the basic unit, focusing on the inter-regional mining economic relations and influence, the country is divided into seven zones. Meanwhile, the resource characteristics and development environment of each zone are systematically summarized, and the development orientation of resources industry for each zone is put forward, in order to provide decision-making support for China"s mineral resources planning zoning and regional differential governance.
