化工项目无组织排放环境影响评价技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对化工项目无组织排放环境影响评价存在的难点与问题,结合多年的环境影响评价实践和有关技术导则、规范的规定,系统地提出了无组织排放环境影响评价的工作内容和评价原则,并针对技术难点提出了解决方案,结合案例分析了无组织排放环境影响评价的技术要求、污染治理方案,对化工项目环境影响评价工作、污染治理、环境保护等具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:As to the difficulties and problems in environmental impact assessment of uncontrollable discharge from chemical projects, combined with the previous practice and relevant technical guidance and provisions, put forward systematically the procedure and principles of evaluation, and proposed the solutions to technical difficulties. Furthermore, based on the case studies, the technical requirements and programs for pollution control was analyzed. It had important guiding significance for EIA of chemical industry projects, pollution control and environmental protection.
