| 摘 要： | 分析了影响花椰菜游离小孢子培养的主要因素(材料基因型、小孢子发育时期、预处理和预培养、培养基成分、培养技术),并对胚状体发生与植株再生、DH纯系获得等的研究情况进行了阐述,展望了游离小孢子培养技术发展前景. |

| Abstract: | This article summarized the main factors which affect the dissociated microspore’s culture of Brassica oleracea var.botrytis(the genotype of the material,the growth period of the dissociated microspores,pretreatment and pre-cultivation,the consisting of the culture,the technology),the embryoid’s occurrence,the regeneration of the plant,and also the acquirement of DH lines are related.The foreground of the dissociated microspore’s culture was also prospected. |
