| 摘 要： | 结合智能交通系统的特点，系统分析了我国城市智能交通系统评标机制，提出了在城市智能交通系统评标机制中建立后评价体系，并将层次分析与灰色关联结合的方法应用于智能交通系统方案评标方法中，结合智能交通系统项目评标实例，运用该方法进行了评价。
