| 摘 要： | 强调了对叠片联轴器膜片应力进行分析的必要性，并应用ＶｉＺｉＣａｄ有限元程序对某种型号的膜片组进行强度计算，给出在不同转矩和不同角不对中情况下的计算结果，并着重分析比较了这两种因素变化对膜片应力大小的影响及其影响程度，其结果对膜片组设计有参考价值。

| Abstract: | The paper emphasizes the necessity of analysing the memberane stress of flexible laminated membrane coupling.Using vizicad's finite elementprogramme calculate the strength of some type of mem- brane set,and the results with the different torque and different misalignment are obtained.Besides,the paper emphatically analyses the effectof these two factors on the membrane stress.This is valuable to the design of membrane set. |
