摘    要:以溶胶-凝胶法制备掺铁的TiO2溶胶光催化剂,通过浸渍法将其负载于活性炭,用其对甲基橙进行降解试验.分别采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电能谱仪(XPS)、紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)等测试手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明,掺杂的Fe3+进入TiO2晶格中取代部分Ti4+,纳米TiO2粒径随掺铁量增加而变小,且部分发生相变;掺杂后TiO2光谱响应范围扩大,发生较明显红移现象,催化剂活性提高;其对甲基橙降解效果的提升作用在日光灯下较紫外灯下明显,降解率可提高11%.

Abstract:Fe-doped TiO2 sol photocatalyst is prepared by sol-gel method,and it is loaded onto activated carbon with impregnation method to degrade methyl orange.The catalyst is characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS and UV-Vis methods.The results show that the doped Fe3+ enters into the TiO2 lattice to replace the Ti4+.The particle size of nano TiO2 becomes smaller and phase transition occurs with the increase in doped Fe3+.Fe-doped TiO2 features extended spectral response range with obvious red shift and improved catalytic ac...
