论发展中国家的后发优势与后发劣势

郭熙保总结的后发优势理论较以往的后发优势研究更加深入和系统，是具有开创性意义的。郭熙保阐述了发展中国家后发优势的客观存在以及如何发挥后发优势，对后发劣势的系统研究有着重要的借鉴意义。在此理论的基础上。本文全面总结了发展中国謇经济发展的后发劣势，并认为发展中国家的经济发展不仅要充分发挥后发优势，而且还应该在发挥后发优势的同时尽量避免后发劣势所带来的负面影响，从而促进经济的可持续发展。

On the Late-developing Advantage and Late-developing Disadvantage of Developing Countries

The late-developing advantage theory summarized by Guo Xibao is more profound and systemic than the former researches in this field and it has creative significance. Guo Xibao illustrated the objective existence of late-developing advantage in developing countries as well as how to give full play to late-developing advantage, and his theory could be used for reference on the research of late-developing advantage. Based on his theory, this paper summarizes the late-developing disadvantage of developing countries comprehensively and holds the view that developing countries should not only make good use of late-developing advantage, but also avoid the negative effects brought by late-developing disadvantage as far as possible to accelerate the continuable development of the economy,
