Current Situation and Countermeasures of Owner Management in the Power Grid Project

Working from power grid owner management perspective,this paper pointed out to the problem of owner management in the power grid construction project and analysed the causes of it.To put forward countermeasures to the actual conditions of our country.Stressed the need for reinforce the management process.Emphasis should be laid on control investments,construction schedule and quality project management.
