摘    要:利用三波长红外光谱分析法测定三氟化氮用液氨中的矿物油含量。研究结果表明,该方法简便、有效,且对不同种类的矿物油具有普适性。利用此法可快速检测液氨中矿物油的含量。

Abstract:Content of mineral oil in liquid ammonia for nitrogen trifluoride production was determined by analysis method of three-wavelength infrared spectrophotometry. The research results show that the method is effective, simple and convenient, and has universality for different kinds of mineral oil. The content of mineral oil in liquid ammonia can be determined fast by this method.
