| 摘 要： | 用ＲＭ－６３００型多导生理仪对ＣＨＮ近交系大鼠不同鼠龄组心电图进行了研究．结果表明，大鼠的性别、体重和麻醉剂对其正常心电图无明显影响．麻醉的二月龄大鼠心率高于四月龄大鼠及八月龄大鼠，八月龄大鼠心率最慢；二月龄大鼠Ｐ，Ｔ电压明显高于四月龄大鼠，Ｐ－Ｒ及Ｑ－Ｔ期则略低．四月龄大鼠与国内外报道资料相比，心率较快，Ｐ－Ｒ，Ｑ－Ｔ间期时间较短．

| Abstract: | The Polygram System RM 6300 is used for different age groups of CHN inbred strain rats to record electrocardiogram. The results suggest that sex body weight and anesthesia of rats have no marked influence on the normal electrocardiogram. The heart rate of narcose two month rats is the fastest,while that of eight month rats is the slowest, and two month rats present significantly higher P and T waves, but much lower P-R and Q-T intervals than four month rats. Compared with domestic and international reports, four month rats have a faster heart rate, but much lower P-R and Q-T intervals. |
