| 摘 要： | 目的通过对安徽某县乡村两级医疗机构用药状况进行分析，寻找不合理用药的原因。方法通过现场机构调查法，对安徽省某县乡村两级医疗机构门诊登记数据进行统计分析。结果（1）村卫生室抗生素、激素、注射使用率高于乡镇卫生院；（2）干预乡镇干预期间抗生素、激素、注射使用率高于干预前期；（3）不同性别、年龄组人群、不同疾病类型的药物使用有差异。结论项目地区该阶段存在不合理用药现象，村卫生室比乡镇卫生院更为突出。
