实施优质护理服务对降低剖宫产的影响

【摘要】目的探讨实施优质护理服务对降低剖宫产的影响。方法按入院时间先后将204例住院产妇分为对照组和观察组各102例，对照组实施传统护理模式，观察组实施新型优质护理模式。比较两组患者的分娩方式及其对护理质量的满意率。结果观察组自然分娩率为85．29％，显著高于对照组（70．59％）；观察组满意率为100．00％，显著高于对照组（93．14％）。结论实施优质护理服务，不仅提高了自然分娩率，降低了剖宫产率，而且也提高了患者的满意度，产科质量得到了显著的提高。

Influence of implementing high-quality nursing service on the reduction of caesarean section

Objective To discuss the influence of implementing high-quality nursing service on the reduction of cae- sarean section. Methods On the basis of the sequence of hospitalization, 204 cases of puerperaes were evenly divided into control group and observation group, with 102 cases in each group. In control group, patients were provided with conventional nursing; while in observation group, those participants were offered a new high-quality care mode. The delivery pattern and satisfaction rate of nursing quality from those maternity patients were compared in the two groups. Results The rate of natural childbirth in observation group was 85.29% and it was significantly higher than those in control group （70.59%）; the satisfaction rate reached up to 100.00% in observation group, and it was significantly higher than those in control group （93.14%）. Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing service not only in- creases the rate of natural childbirth and reduces caesarean section, it is also improves the patients＂ satisfaction, finally brings about a significant quality improvement in obstetrical department.
