腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术对卵巢功能的影响分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取2010年9月～2011年9月进行腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术的80例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为A组(开腹子宫次全切除术组)40例和B组(腹腔镜子宫次全切除术组)40例,比较两组患者术前、术后血清P、FSH、LH、E2水平。结果:治疗后3、6及12个月B组患者血清P、E2水平均高于A组,而血清FSH、LH水平则低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜子宫次全切除术对于患者的卵巢功能影响较传统术式小,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on effects of laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy and subtotal abdominal hysterectomy on ovarian function

Objective:To explore the effects of laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy and subtotal abdominal hysterectomy on ovarian function.Methods:Eighty patients who received laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy and subtotal abdominal hysterectomy from September 2010 to September 2011 were selected as study objects,then they were divided into group A(including 40 patients receiving subtotal abdominal hysterectomy) and group B(including 40 patients receiving laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy);the serum levels of progestogen,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol before and after surgery in the two groups were compared.Results:The serum levels of progestogen and estradiol at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A,but the serum levels of FSH and LH at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery in group B were statistically significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy on ovarian function is less than that of traditional surgery,and laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
