胰岛素泵治疗前后糖化血清蛋白、C反应蛋白水平变化

目的观察初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗前后糖化血清蛋白（glycatedselxlmprotein，GSP）、超敏C反应蛋白（highsensitivityC—reactiveprotein，hs—CRP）的变化特点。方法检测58例初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、OGTT2h血糖（OGTT2hPG）、GSP、hs-CRP、空腹C肽、三酰甘油（TG）水平并进行比较。结果胰岛素泵治疗2周后FPG、0G订2hPG、GSP、hs-CRP较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01），TG较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05），空腹C肽水平较治疗前明显升高（P〈0．05），差异均有统计学意义。偏相关分析发现血清GSP浓度与FPG（r=0．58，P〈0．01）及OGTT2hPG（r=0．62，P〈0．01）呈正相关，血清hs-CRP水平与FPG（r=0．40，P〈0．05）及OGTT2hPG（r=0．39、P〈0．05）水平呈正相关。结论2型糖尿病患者短期使用胰岛素泵治疗．能快速有效地控制血糖，良好地抗炎症及纠正糖毒性、脂毒性。

The value of blood glucocylated serum protein and C-reactive protein in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion

Objective To investigate the value of blood glucocylated serum protein （GSP） and high sensitivity C-reac- tive protein （hs-CRP） in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infu-sion（CSII）. Methods Fifty-eight newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were treated with CSII for two weeks. An o- ral 75 g glucose tolerance test （OGTl＇）was performed before and after CSII. Fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, OGTT 2 hours postprandial glucose （OGTY 2hPG）, GSP, hs-CRP, fasting C peptide, triglyceride （TG）were compared. Results Two weeks after treatment, the FPG,OGTT 2hPG,GSP and hs-CRP was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01） , TG was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）,fasting C peptide was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. GSP was correlated with FPG （r = 0.58, P 〈 0.01）and OGTT 2hPG （r = 0.62, P 〈 0.01）; hs-CRP was correlated with FPG （r = 0.40, P 〈 0.05） and OGTI＇ 2hPG （r = 0.39, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The good glycemic, lipid, inflammation control and improvement of ~- cell function can be induced by CSII in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.
