纳米防电磁波织物的开发

摘    要:对电磁波的产生、电磁波屏蔽机理、防电磁波织物的开发现状进行了分析。根据纳米材料的体积效应和表面效应以及纳米金属粉和纳米铁氧体与其它材料复合的吸波材料的吸波性能,用纳米金属氧化物作为电磁波吸收剂,对普通纺织品通过纳米后整理技术进行电磁辐射整理,实现织物的电磁屏蔽功能。在纳米后整理技术中,保证吸波纳米材料以纳米结构的状态生成,并能以稳定的纳米状态存在,从而发挥出金属纳米材料所特有的电磁学性能,以产生良好的抗电磁波效应是开发纳米防电磁波织物所要解决的主要技术问题。

Abstract:In this paper,the forming and its damages,the mechanism of electric magnetic shielding,and the development of anti-electric magnetic fabric were analyzed.In basis of the volume effect and surface effect of nanometer materials and the microwave-absorbing property of nanometer metal power,nanometer iron oxide and its composites,nanometer metal oxide as microwave-absorbing agents was used for anti-electric magnetic fabric by finishing treatment.As to the development of anti-electric magnetic fabric using nanometer technology,the key technology for the finishing treatment was nanometer material in its structure state and its excellent electric-magnetic property.
