X综合征的临床诊断与分析

目的；探讨临床医师对X综合征的临床诊断水平并了解其发病机制；方法：对186例有胸痛的女性患者（平均年龄53.2岁）通过运动试验，左室功能及冠状动脉造影来评估X综合征患者冠脉微循环功能及发病机制；结果：186例中86人（46％）冠脉造影阴性，运动试验阳性，左室功能无明显失调；结论：X综合征多见于女性，X综合征可能是由于冠脉微血管功能异常所致。

Clinical Diagnosis and Analysis in Patients With Syndrome X

Objective:To improve diagnostic techniques and our understanding of pathogenesis of the patients with syndrome X.Method:186 women with chest pain were enrolled for the study.They underwent stress testing,left ventricular function examination and angiography,by which physicians evaluated the patients with syndrome X the coronary microvascular function and pathogenetics.Results:Eighty-six patiets (46 percent )had an ischemic stress test response,no angiographycally documented obstructive CAD and ventricular function was not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Syndrome X is common in women with chest pain and may result from coronary microvascular dysfuction,which is a disordered function of the smaller coronary resistance vessels.
