原油储罐动态油量在线、实时计量技术的研究

摘    要:为了在线实时计量联合站及原油生产过程的储缸油量,采用移动式传感器,实时检测罐内不同高度油层的含水率,运用可变积分限的近似计算储罐油是邮油罐区的自动化监测与管理,保证了油,气生产及储输系统准确、安全、可靠地运行。本文提出原油储罐动态油量在线、实时计量的方法,对油田联合站测量油量的盘库工作具有十分重要的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to compute the oil tanks reserves in the crude oil production process and in the united station in on-line and real time, containing water rate in different height oil layers is measured in real time by use of removal sensor and oil quantity of crude oil tanks is computed by use of approximation with changeable limit of integration. Automatic supervision and control of the oil tanks in united stations comes true, oil and gas production as well as oil collecting system can be guaranteed to safely and reliably function. The dynamic computation method of oil tanks in on-line and real time to be mentioned in this paper has very important and practical value to checking work for oil quantities in united stations.
