双歧三联活菌辅治婴幼儿腹泻临床疗效观察

目的观察双歧三联活菌辅治婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将160例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。2组均予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用双歧三联活菌胶囊。比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的61.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌辅治婴幼儿腹泻临床疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of probiotics in assisted treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of probiotics in assisted treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 160 cases patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 80 cases. Both of 2 groups were given conventional treatment, on basis of that, observation group were treated with probiotics. Observed the effect of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group （92.5%） was higher than that of control group （ 61.2% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Probiotics treatment of infantile diarrhea is ef- fective, safety, and worthy of clinical application.
