| 摘 要： | 需求变更对软件开发项目成败有重要影响，既不能一概拒绝客户的变更要求，也不能一味地迁就客户，所以，实施需求变更之前必须做好控制。本文详细探讨软件开发项目中需求变更发生的原因、需求变更的控制，并提出相应的控制策略。

| Abstract: | Changes in demand for software development projects have an important impact on the success or failure, and we can neither refused to change the requirements of customers, nor always accommodate the customer.So before the implementation of the demand, change must be controlled. In this article, the cause of demand change, the demand for change control, the corresponding control strategy are proposed. |
