| 摘 要： | 通过组合型腔模具设计时浇注系统设计存在的问题,利用理论计算与计算机软件相结合的办法进行浇注系统优化设计,得出最优的浇注系统的尺寸.利用理论公式计算出理论值,然后利用Moldflow MPI软件在理论值的基础上进行逼近模拟分析,最后得出合理的分流道尺寸和浇口尺寸,降低了模具成本,设计出更为合理的模具.

The Gating System Balance Optimization Method Exploration to Different Combination of Parts Cavity |

| Abstract: | This method is introduced that using combination of the theoretical calculation and computer software for optimization to design gating system and obtain the optimal size of the gating system, for the problems existing of the combination of cavity die design of design.With the theoretical formula to calculate the theoretical value, and then using Moldflow MPI software in theoretical value on the basis of approximation simulation analysis, and finally draw reasonable shunt way size and gate size, reduce the die cost, design a more reasonable mould. |
