摘    要:分析了双引伸计式同轴度测试仪的数学模型,建立了不确定度的评定方法,在高温蠕变持久试验机上进行了同轴度校准试验,参照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》计量技术规范,分析了不确定度评定中各个分量的来源并进行了综合评定,完善了同轴度校准的实际操作方法,提高了数据的准确性。

Abstract:The mathematical model of double extensometer coaxiality tester was analyzed. The method for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty was established. The coaxiality calibration test was carried out on a high temperature creep endurance testing machine. According to technical specifications in JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty, the sources of each component in uncertainty evaluation were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. The practical operation method of coaxiality calibration was improved, which improved the accuracy of data.
