自由曲面扫描线测量点云数据处理技术

摘    要:采用测量点云数据进行自由曲面的重构是逆向工程的关键技术之一,自由曲面重构的精度很大程度取决于点云数据处理技术.论文根据自由曲面测量点云数据比较普遍采用的数据组织方式--扫描线点云数据的特点,详细阐述了包括异常点去除、数据拼接与统一、平滑与滤波、数据精简等点云数据的处理技术,提出了自由曲面扫描线点云数据的高精度和自动化处理方法与流程.实例表明,经过自动处理的点云数据能够充分满足后续曲面重构建模的需要,并能为建模提供可靠的数据保障.
