| 摘 要： | 论文详细讨论了采用线轨、丝杠作为连接形式的卧式加工中心结构件载荷求解模型.针对机床结构件载荷影响因素的复杂性,进行了变形协调假设,建立了卧式加工中心床身、立柱、主轴箱的参数化载荷求解模型.从机床结构件刚度、外载荷条件、约束条件等三个方面对刚体等效栽荷求解模型与弹性体等效载荷求解模型的求解结果进行了分析比较,并对刚体等效载荷求解模型变形协调假设进行了实验验证证明刚体等效模型能够满足结构件性能分析及优化的要求.详细分析了卧式加工中心结构件载荷求解模型的相关参数及求解步骤,开发了相应的载荷求解软件.
