| 摘 要： | 交通地理信息系统(GIS-T)是城市智能交通管理的基础，系统体系结构可采用C／S与B／S结合的方式，其主要内容和功能有交通地理数据源和数据管理、基础地理数据库、交通专题数据库及其属性数据库、图层显示和信息查询功能、道路信息管理、交通信息发布、交通地理空间数据分析、查询分析结果的统计输出等。基于GIS-T的城市道路交通事故信息系统以事故分析模型(黑点、黑段判别)为基础，采用GIS系统集成技术开发，具有基于地图的交通事故信息查询统计及分析等功能。

| Abstract: | The geography information system of traffic (GIS-T) is the foundation of urban intelligent transportation management. The system structure adopts the method of combined C/S and B/S. The system mainly provides the traffic geography data source and data management, basic geography database, traffic theme database and property database, layers showing and information query, road information management, traffic information issue, analysis of traffic geography space data and query data-out and so on. In accordance with accidents analysis model(black spot, segment distinguish), the urban road traffic accidents information system of GIS-T the GIS system integrated technology is adopted. It has such functions as the traffic accidents information query, statistic and analysis based on map, etc. |
